Refund & Cancellation for Events:

This is an event. If you can no longer attend you will need to send someone in your place or you will not be refunded or given a store credit code.

 

If you purchase sign insurance when you registered for this event you will have the option to have a store credit code sent to you. You can use this store credit code to sign up for a new class or to shop our store. This code expires 4 months after the date of the event you were to attend and will only be issued for the pre-taxed amount you paid for the class. Prior insurance will also be expired once this code is sent to you. We cannot guarantee another class will take place in your area within that 4 month time frame. The code is a one time use, regardless if funds remain after a store purchase. After those 4 months expire, there will not be any kind of refunds.

 

If you did not purchase sign insurance when you registered you will only have the option of sending someone in your place to paint your sign. No refunds or store credit coupons will be issued in this case.

 

In the event of cancellation on our part (i.e. bad weather, instructor’s emergency, host’s emergency, or not enough participants) you will be issued a store credit coupon {with or without insurance}. You can use this store credit code to sign up for a new class or to shop our store. This code expires 4 months after the date of the event you were to attend and will only be issued for the pre-taxed amount you paid for the class. Prior insurance will still be valid for the next event you sign up for. If you opt to use the credit toward a store purchase you will forfeit your sign insurance and will not be refunded for it. Again, we cannot guarantee another class will take place in your area within that 4 month time frame. After those 4 months expire, there will not be any kind of refunds.
